How do points work?
Points are earned on every purchase (RM1 = 1 point) and for actions like creating an account or referring friends. You can see your balance growing in your profile dashboard.
Do points expire?
Points remain valid for 12 months from your last purchase date. We will send you an email reminder 30 days before any of your points are set to expire so you don't miss out on rewards.
How to check my balance?
Simply log in to your Blanco account and visit the 'Rewards' tab. Your current point balance and available rewards will be displayed right at the top of the page.
